There is a "Make Your Own Ears" station at Le Chapeau, a shop just off Main Street in the Magic Kingdom. When I was there this summer, there were about ten choices of basic beanies, 10 choices of different colored ears, and dozens of choices of patches that can be sewn onto the ears.

There are great pictures of the Make Your Own station on the website laughingplace.com. Search here for an article called "Custom Mouse Ears Now Available at the Magic Kingdom." Prices can change but the prices for the beanies started at about $6.00, individual ears started at about $3.00, and patches started at about $3.00. There were lots of fun combinations that could make you the mostly stylish mouse in the Kingdom.
