    What are the healthiest quick service restaurants in Magic Kingdom?

    Hi, Jaclyn!  

    You can really find healthy options at any of the quick service locations in the Magic Kingdom!  Walt Disney World does a great job catering to all sorts of dining preferences, and I think you'll see that in some of the options.

    Since I was just browsing the brand new Be Our Guest restaurant menu, I an suggest the vegetable quiche or perhaps the quinoa salad.  This is a counter service location at lunch time, and there are a couple of nice soups on the menu, along with some salad choices.

    Columbia Harbor House, in addition to several salads, features a grilled salmon meal and a hummus and broccoli slaw sandwich.  Cosmic Ray's has rotisserie chicken, veggie burgers, and salads on their extensive menu.

    You'll also be able to easily find things like fresh fruit, cut fruit, yogurts, and even vegetables and dip at the new Gaston's Tavern.  

    I hope this fits in with you plan to stay healthy on vacation!  I really applaud you for these efforts!
