Hi Jennifer,
Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel again! As much as my wife and I love visiting Walt Disney World with our three children, we also enjoy the occasional visit without them. Taking advantage of
Extra Magic Hours is a must while staying at a Disney Resort Hotel. This benefit allows Guests to enjoy select attractions at one of the theme parks each day for longer hours. My wife and I have been able to visit all four theme parks in one day thanks to Extra Magic Hours, although I don't suggest that for your first trip without the kids. It's a lot of speed walking!
To check the Extra Magic Hours during your stay, refer to the Times Guide found in the Welcome Folder you will receive at check-in. You may also request a Times Guide from the Lobby Concierge at your Resort Hotel. Daily park hours and Extra Magic Hours can also be
found online here. You do not need to exit the park and re-enter. A valid park ticket and your Resort I.D. are required. Also, as the Walt Disney World Resort website states,
"Guests without the Park Hopper option can only spend the day at the same park where they'd like to enjoy the Extra Magic Hours benefit."
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. I wish you and your husband the best time!
Have a magical day,
Bob
