This is a fantastic question and one I can happily assist with. As you know, Guests wishing to visit a Walt Disney World Theme Park must have a valid Walt DisneyWorld ticker and are required to make a
Disney Park Pass reservation for the park they wish to enter each day. But what happens if travel plans are delayed, you need a Disney Rest Day or an evil spell was cast preventing you from committing to your Disney Park Pass reservations? Hakuna Matata! Guests can cancel or modify their Disney Park Pass reservation on the day of through their My Disney Experience or your My Disney Experience app. Simply locate the MY PLANS option and scroll to the day in question and follow all prompts to cancel your reservation.
Because you are inquiring about a one-day Walt Disney World ticket and not a multi-day Walt Disney World ticket you are easily able to use this Walt Disney World ticket at a later date. Keep in mind ticket prices are not the same day-to-day. When the time comes to make your next Disney Park Pass Reservation, check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar. If the day you decide on is of a higher price than the face value of your current Walt Disney World ticket then at the time of making your Disney Park Pass reservation you will be prompted to pay the difference. Once the value of your ticket is adjusted you will continue finalizing your Disney Park Pass reservation.
I hope this eases your mind as you prepare to return to The Most Magical Place On Earth, during its
50th Anniversary. Safe travels and may your visit be filled with many magical and memorable moments.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
