Heading to WDW in October. ASM Fam suites w my wife and children 10, 9, almost 2 at time of travel. However we are having another baby next week and he will be 6 mths old @ time of travel. Do I need to inform anyone?

Congratulations on the new addition to the family!

When you get the opportunity, I would give Disney reservations a call (407-W-DISNEY) to list the baby on the file. Your newly expanded family will be fine in the All Star Music suites, these sleep up to six people, plus a child in a crib. You won't incur any new room expenses by adding the baby. However, it could be helpful for Disney to know about the little one in case of an emergency. For example, in very rare circumstances guests might be confined to their rooms for severe weather. If this happens, hotel staff would bring you food, etc. Having an accurate head count helps them service you better. Again, these situations are extremely rare, but it there are situations where having a record of the baby in the system is helpful.

    Have a great trip!
