    We are heading to WDW in October. We have ADRs on our last night at Teppan Edo. Is this an appropriate restaurant choice for a 4-year old? My DH and I love Tappanyaki and thought it would be a fun experience for our daughter. What do you think?

    Hi Kristen,

    If you loved the old version you should love the new version. My nephew loved the old experience and his 2 1/2 year old sister loves a similar experience since we have hibachi restaurants near our house. It is one of our favorite restaurants.

    It is truly up to your daughter. Will she it the grilled steak, chicken or shrimp? Or will she enjoy the vegetables? Does she need ketchup on her food?

    Depending on these answers, you will have your answer to the question. My niece was at Teppanyaki for dinner and was miserable because she does not eat her meat without ketchup, and the restaurant had none because ketchup is not a staple in the Japanese culture.
