    Hi Cheryl,

What a great vacation you have planned for your family! You have made some great dining choices!

Looking at your list, you have a lot of character meals. I think character meals are great because you eat and see the characters without waiting on another line which makes them worth it. However, I usually stop at three on any trip because you can get most of the popular characters with that number of meals.

The first meal I would eliminate is Chef Mickey. I think the quality of the food is not as good as the other buffets and it is not an enjoyable experience because it is always packed.

Next, it would be a dinner at Kona or 'Ohana or a lunch at Mama Melrose. The meals at Kona and 'Ohana are similar. Crystal Palace has Winnie the Pooh & Friends which allows you another set of characters to see but feel free to eliminate if your girls are not Pooh fans.

I would definitely keep Whispering Canyon Cafe, Boma and 1900 Park Fare. Whispering Canyon Cafe is fun and rowdy. Boma is a unique buffet, dining experience and 1900 Park Fare is the best character meal offered. Plus all are at beautiful resorts that are fun to explore and spend some time at after your meal.

Finally, all dining is a personal choice and it really is up to you what will make your family happy.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
