Hi Brittany! Oh my goodness, your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is coming up so soon! I'm sure you are busy getting all those last minute details put into place.
I am happy to let you know that YES, Guests are allowed to bring in food and small coolers. I often toss some breakfast bars and fruit in my bag, as well as some bottled water. Just make sure you check the list of prohibited items in the
Walt Disney World Property Rules. Coolers and bags can be no larger than 24" x 15" x 18". Glass containers (other than small containers such as baby food jars) and alcohol are also prohibited. Dry ice and loose ice are not permitted in coolers. Reusable ice packs are recommended. Ice in small bags, such as zip-top baggies, is allowed. All bags and coolers will be inspected prior to park entry.
Lockers in several sizes are available to rent at all Theme Parks and Water Parks. I recommend taking a look at the locker dimensions in the link above to verify that your cooler will fit. Once you have rented a locker for the day, you may access it as many times as you like.
Brittany, since you will be visiting in July, I want to stress how important it is to stay hydrated. As I mentioned, you can bring in your own bottled water or other non-alcoholic beverages. Cups of ice water are complimentary at any
Quick Service dining location or stand that serves fountain drinks. Just stop by and ask.
Please come back to the Moms Panel again if you have any additional questions as you prepare for your vacation. We are always happy to help.
