Heading to DW THIS week! My question is, we have dinner reservations at the Grand Floridian on Sunday night (11/8) at 6:10pm. Plan to be at MK that day- will we be able to make it back into the park for the parade? Don't want to miss it!

    Jessica,

With dinner reservations at 6:10, and the parade at 7:00, I am thinking you might have a tough time getting through dinner and back to the park for the parade without rushing quite a bit.

I always plan an hour at most meals, knowing that there is time for seating, etc. The transportation back to the park won't take long, since you are monorailing it, but that still counts for a good 15 minutes, including possible wait times, entry to the park, etc. So even if you rushed your dinner in under a half an hour, you are still pushing the limit.

If I can make a suggestion, consider watching the parade another night. Instead plan a nice leisurely meal, followed by some exploration of that resort's grounds. Then try to catch Wishes (8pm) from the resort, for a different, less crowded experience that might be a bit more focused on your family, and less on the mob of the park.

I am glad to answer any follow-up questions!

    Have a magical vacation!
