Hello, we are heading down to WDW on April 11th!!! We have park hopper plus passes. Does a trip to a water park count as a park day or is it separate from the main parks?

Hi, Christopher! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with this great question. The Park Hopper Plus tickets are full of extra magic. The addition of the "Plus" option essentially doubles your adventures while visiting Walt Disney World Resort. You will have the ability to hop between the four theme parks for the number of days listed on your tickets, PLUS you will be able to visit the following destinations for the same number of days as your tickets indicate:

    * Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park
    * Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
    * Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course for one round of golf (tee time reservations required and subject to availability)
    * ESPN Wide World of Sports (some events require additional admission, valid only on event days)
    * Disney's Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course (one mini golf visit per day before 4:00 p.m.; cannot be used on the same day as Disney's Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course)
    * Disney's Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course (one mini golf visit per day before 4:00 p.m.; cannot be used on the same day as Disney's Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course)

The "Plus" visits can, but do not have to, be used on the same day that you visit a theme park. If you plan to use all of the "Plus" visits on separate days as theme park visits, then you really will be doubling the length of your ticket! Say that you purchased a 6-Day Park Hopper Plus ticket. If you spread them out, you will have six days of theme park visits and six days of Plus visits. That is 12 magical days! Just keep in mind that your tickets will expire 14 days from first use.

I hope this information helps you plan a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Disney day! Let us know if you have any other questions about your upcoming trip!
