Hello! We are heading to Disney World next month for our kids first trip! All our sit down meals are reserved for dinner. I figured our quick serve will be for lunch and then a snack at some point. What should we do for breakfast to make it economical?

    Hi Shannon!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.   Congratulations on your little ones first visit to Walt Disney World.  They are in for a vacation filled with smiles, laughter and plenty of magical moments.   I hope you have the best time ever.

You are planning just as I would for a Walt Disney World vacation. I  feel I get the most value from the Disney Dining Plan when I book our Table Service meals for dinner and use the Quick Service credits during lunch.   Be sure to use your snack credits for some of my favorite must-do snacks at Disney including, Dole Whip Floats and  School Bread in the Norway Pavilion at Epcot.  For breakfast my family usually places a grocery order with a local grocery delivery service such as Garden Grocer (gardengrocer.com).   We order milk, cereal, yogurt, fruit and bagels, which we eat before we leave our Disney Resort hotel in the morning.   Each Disney Resort Guest room will be equipped with a mini-fridge that can store half gallons of milk  and any other smaller items you would like to keep cool easily.   This may be a great money saving option for your family.

Your grocery order will be delivered to your Disney Resort hotel and dropped off with Bell Services.  They will store your groceries until you arrive and either pick them up or ask that they be delivered to your room.  These  grocery delivery services are so convenient and offer a wide selection of choices for Guests.  I encourage you to look into it for your upcoming trip.

Thanks again for stopping by Shannon.   Be sure to drop in anytime with additional questions.  We love to help out whenever we have the chance.

    Have a Magical Day,

    ~Jen
