Preferred rooms at Disney's All-Star Music Resort hit all the right notes! They are conveniently located closest to Melody Hall and
Intermission Food Court in the Calypso and Jazz Inn buildings. I recommend using the Chat feature on the Walt Disney World website to request a specific section or building. My planDisney pals and I always do this when traveling as a group with multiple hotel rooms. We like to stay in sync, and chatting with a Cast Member online is the easiest way to share our wishes. Remember that requests are not guaranteed, but resort Cast Members will do their best to accommodate you. To use the Chat feature, click on the Chat Now tab on the right side of the
Walt Disney World home page. If you don't see it, check back later when Cast Members are available. Have your resort confirmation number and lead Guest information ready. If you are more comfortable speaking to someone over the phone, you are welcome to
call Walt Disney World Reservations. To avoid confusing the Cast Members assigning rooms, I recommend skipping the room location request during online check-in since your request will already be noted on your reservation.

My husband and I are teachers, and my family and I frequently travel during the hottest months of the year. We make sure to take a lot of breaks indoors and at our resort pool. I also pack a few laundry tabs since we change our clothes several times daily in the summer. Resort laundry is conveniently located adjacent to the pools, so tossing in a load while swimming is a snap.
