We are heading to Disney World in 18 days we are very excited!!! I have a quick question does the stores in Downtown Disney stay open late ? We are having dinner @ 745 on are last day and I want to do some shopping after.

    Hi Leah!

Downtown Disney is a great place to start your vacation.  With stores from Goofy's Candy Co. to the enormous World of Disney, there is plenty to do here.  You can have a day of shopping, stroll along the lake, take in a movie at AMC theaters, or spend hours (trust me, we HAVE!) in the World of Disney store.  You can have dinner at either T-REX Cafe or Rainforest Cafe, two wonderfully themed restaurants in Downtown Disney!  Top it off by some fabulous Sundae's at Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop!

Traditional Downtown Disney hours are from 10:00 am until 1 a.m., with many of the stores, including World of Disney, open for shopping!  You'll also find live music throughout DD, from a dance party at the waterfront stage near World of Disney, to music at House of Blues.  You'll definitely enjoy your post dinner stroll through Downtown Disney!

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Malanie, New York

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
