Dear Lindsay,
Thank you for swinging by with your question about grocery deliveries at your resort. It's so exciting to hear that in just two weeks you will be immersed in the magic and fantasy of the
Walt Disney World Resort! I'm so happy for you!
Some of the most popular grocery delivery companies include Amazon, Instacart, Dizzy Dolphin Delivery, and Garden Grocer, among others. I've never had a problem with any of those companies, most orders were smooth without delays or disruptions; however, I've heard from friends that orders they placed from Amazon took longer probably because more and more people are using them and they're now really busy. If you plan on using their services, be aware that you would have to place your order with plenty of time to spare.
If you are planning on buying perishables and you happen to be out when your items are delivered,
Bell Services will receive them and will keep them refrigerated until you come and get them. Keep in mind that there is a $6.00 fee (*prices are always subject to change without prior notice) to pay per order received and brought to your
hotel room. If you would prefer to meet the delivery person at the lobby, you can totally do that and it that case, no fee will be charged, it' ll be complimentary.
Lindsay, make sure that the company you are using clearly labels your boxes and includes the information below:
-Guest Name (that the Reservation is under)
-Arrival Date
-Resort Name
-Resort's Full Address (City, State, and Zip code)
It is advisable to write the word “GUEST” large and legible on the address label next to your name or on the box itself (better to do it in more than one place, just in case) so the company clearly knows your package must be passed on to Bell Services.
I hope this information has been helpful, Lindsay. Please come back with more questions as needed; we'll always be hEAR for you!
See ya real soon!
~Desiree
