Welcome back to planDisney, Ruth!
Oh, what a wonderful deal you snagged for your upcoming visit! That
Walt Disney World Special Offer is a great way to spend more time at the parks without spending more money. Well done!
Whenever I have particular questions about my
Theme Park Tickets, I visit WDW's online
Help Center and use the phone number there to speak with a Cast Member about my options. It sounds like you purchased the
Standard Theme Park Ticket which allows guests to visit one theme park per day. Adding the Park Hopper Option is a great way to give your touring more flexibility, entering one park in the morning, then switching over for a delicious dinner and nighttime fun in another. It's a great way to spend your Disney days!
Ruth, if you have already linked your tickets to your
My Disney Experience account, there may be another way for you to check on upgrading, too. In the
My Disney Experience app, click on the hamburger icon in the bottom right corner (three horizontal lines on top of each other). In the next screen, select My Tickets & Passes on the top left. You should see both of your tickets there. Below each, you'll see a button to change your ticket in order to upgrade. Just follow the steps to add that Park Hopper Option right in the app and you're good to go!
If you do not see an option to upgrade in the app, Ruth, and don't have a chance to call the Help Center, just head to
Guest Relations in any of the four theme parks or Disney Springs. In the theme parks, that's located just outside park entrance. Check out this
map of Disney Springs to locate the Disney Springs Welcome Center; you'll find Guest Relations in the lobby of that very convenient, centrally-located space. Cast Members at any of these locations have lots of pixie dust, so if they can help you add a little extra magic to your tickets, they'll be happy to do so!
Ruth, as you continue to plan your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth, be sure to send additional questions our way. We love to help!
