    Heading to Disney in October!!! YAY :) Didn't really want to travel with much cash. Does Tusker House, The Wave...of American Flavors and Sci-Fi accept Disney giftcards as payment? We've made reservations at all 3 and sure hope they accept the GC.

    You can absolutely use your Disney gift cards to pay for your meals at the dining locations you mentioned. In fact, there are very few restrictions on where Disney gift cards can be used while at Walt Disney World Resort. We use the gift cards during our trips as a way to budget our meals when we are not using any of the Disney Dining Plans. I usually take a look at the menus for each of our planned restaurants to get an idea of what we will spend. After adding up all of our meals, I load an amount close to that number onto a gift card and only use that card at dining locations. This helps me stay on track with our spending and not use all of our money on new princess dresses or a new plush toy. Our daughters get their own gift cards for those times when we just can't leave a store without that adorable Elsa shirt!
