    We are heading to Disney in June and are looking to book dining reservations. My sister in law says we need to book O'Hana. Our children don't eat many "exotic" foods. Would you be able to tell me whether this is a good choice for them?

    Hi there Karen!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Your sister-in-law is right!  'Ohana is my family's favorite place to dine when visiting the Walt Disney World Resort and a must do on every trip.  As a mom of four children with two that are very picky eaters, I can certainly understand your concern. That being said, 'Ohana is their favorite restaurant for the food selections, entertainment, and overall fun atmosphere.  The Polynesian-inspired offerings are served family-style and are all-you-care-to-eat. My twins, which are the picky eaters in the family, love the noodles, chicken wings, and skewers of steak and chicken. I have previously dined at 'Ohana with a family that requested chicken fingers and fries and the restaurant was able to accommodate their request. That being said, I have never offered to do the same for my children because they are able to fill up on the menu items that they really enjoy and can't get elsewhere. If you do decide to go and the food offerings do not appeal to your children, you are more than welcome to ask your server for alternative items.

    I would definitely recommend experiencing 'Ohana during your upcoming vacation. Please know that Advanced Dining Reservations for this popular dining location do book up very far in advance, so I would suggest booking one as soon as possible.
