Ahoy, Rebecca! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.
Rebecca, how exciting that you'll be enjoying a multi-generational cruise. My family and I just returned from a Bermuda sailing on the
Disney Dream and my father-in-law traveled with us (in a different stateroom). It was great watching Grandpa enjoy
Disney Cruise Line with my kids and introducing him to life at sea!
Now, Rebecca, part of family fun for me always involves food, so let's chat about dinner. Even though your staterooms are in different categories, you are able to all sit and dine together nightly at your
rotational dining assignment. To ensure seating together, make sure to
connect your reservations through the
"Already Booked" section of the Disney Cruise Line website. You will also want to make sure that every connected stateroom selects the same
dinner seating time.
I hope this helps as you're planning ahead for your upcoming voyage. To extend your family time, make sure to check out the onboard entertainment before or after dinner each night. We love watching the Broadway-caliber shows like
Beauty and the Beast that serve as the perfect appetizer or dessert!
Wishing you fair winds and following seas,
Lauren
