Anchors aweigh, Karina! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. How exciting that you'll be embarking on a Disney Cruise Line vacation this fall. My family and I are counting down the days until we step aboard the
Disney Dream in September.
Now, Karina, I think the only thing more Magical than sailing with Captain Mickey is sharing it with your family and I know you're going to have an unforgettable trip. I'm glad to hear that your brother's family is already on the waitlist for the early
dinner seating. If you haven't already connected his reservation to your own, I'll encourage you to do that for the best chance of being seated together. To connect your two reservations, first log into the Disney Cruise Line website, and hover over the tab, "Already Booked." Click on the words, "My Reservations." This will take you to a new page. In the upper right corner, there will be a box with your reservation number and a down arrow. Click on that box and it will expand to show the option: "Add and Link Reservations." Here you can put the details of your brother's reservation to connect through
Family & Friends.
Karina, I'll also encourage your brother to visit the
Guest Services Desk on embarkation day if his seating request hasn't been granted. While I can't guarantee anything, I know Cast Members do their very best to fulfill requests when they can.
If you have any additional questions, just point your compass in the direction of planDisney and come on back!
Wishing you fair winds and following seas,
Lauren
