We're headed to WDW the week of Thanksgiving, and will be visiting BB for the first time. My DD, age 6, is 48" tall now. She and my 4 yo DS are best friends and love to play together. If she is 49" will she be allowed to play with him at Tike's P

    Hi Nancy!

Tikes Peak at Blizzard Beach has a height restriction states that children must be under 48 inches tall. Cast Members do measure the children prior to allowing them in the area. Ive read a lot about this topic and honestly, I wouldn't count on them letting her in. They have the height restrictions to ensure the safety of all the children. There have been instances where a child who was just an inch taller and let in, but there are more instances of the height requirement being strictly adhered to.

Disneys official stance is that the height requirements must be adhered to, both for reaching a certain height to ride an attraction and being under a certain height.

I'm sorry, I know this wasn't the answer you were looking for.

You will still have a magical time and there will be plenty they can do together.

    Magically,
