headed to WDW in Sept for our first trip! We have the dining plan with both quick and table service meals. Must I reserve all table service meals now? Can table service credits be used for quick service instead? Just trying to figure out this out. Thx

    Courtney,

I would suggest to you that even at a slower time of the year you should make Advanced Dining Reservations for every table service meal that you want to be sure to attend. I would also suggest that at that time of year that you want to avoid going to Epcot on a weekend day, as the International Food and Wine Festival draws in bigger weekend crowds.

I would say that you want to make these reservations sooner than later. I know it seems odd to plan out a good 5 months ahead of time, but you will thank yourself later.

Also, to your other question, no. Technically you cannot use table service credits for quick service meal credits. But many counter service restaurants will make an exception, so there certainly is no harm in asking.

Write me back if you have any follow-up questions, especially restaurant recommendations!

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
