We are headed to WDW in late January 2016. We already have FP for Fantasmic, which starts at 7pm , I see the new Star Wars fireworks also have the same time under the dessert and fireworks package. Is the show combined? or at separate times?

    Hi Gregory!

Thanks so much for stopping by with your question!

Just yesterday, a fleet of new Star Wars experiences and offerings coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios were announced, and I personally thing they all look awesome!  One of the coming attractions is Symphony in the Stars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party, which will be offered on select nights starting January 5th and running through mid-March (the Symphony in the Stars fireworks show without the Dessert Party option will begin earlier, on December 18th).  While there aren't a whole lot of details available yet, I can tell you that these are two separate shows, with Fantasmic! held at the Hollywood Hills Amphitheater and Symphony in the Stars showing above Center Stage at the end of Hollywood Boulevard.  I was also able to confirm with Disney Dining that the Dessert Party begins at 7:00 p.m., but the fireworks aren't scheduled to begin until 8:00 p.m.  Since Fantasmic! runs for about 30 minutes, that means if it starts at 7:00 p.m. on an evening when Symphony in the Stars is also scheduled, you should have some time to make your way from the Hollywood Hills Amphitheater toward Center Stage to see the show.  So, hopefully you'll get to experience the best of both worlds...or galaxies!

I hope that helps, Gregory, and have a magical vacation.
