Hi Aubrey, and thanks for visiting us again at planDisney. I’m not an alcohol drinker either, so I’m always on the hunt for a good mocktail! And I have the same issue with most being way too sugary. So let’s figure out where you can find some great drinks while you’re enjoying the festival at EPCOT next month!
I haven’t seen any non-alcoholic wines at
EPCOT, but there are a couple of places you can get beer. Currently, you’ll find Heineken 0.0 at
Space 220 and Athletic Brewing Co Run Wild Non-Alcoholic IPA at
GEO-82. I was just at GEO-82 earlier this month, and it’s such a beautiful space with sweeping views of the park. It was the perfect spot for a midday break! In addition to the non-alcoholic beer, they also have two zero-proof cocktails on the menu. I had a drink called A Walk Through the Garden, featuring a non-alcoholic spirit, basil, fennel, lemon, and orange and celery bitters. The ingredients gave it a complex flavor, and it was less sugary than your average mocktail. It was a great companion to the Funghi Flatbread and Chef’s Selection of Artisanal Cheeses, Cured Meats, and Accompaniments that I shared with my friends.
Since GEO-82 just opened this summer, you may find reservations hard to come by. I'd recommend checking closer to your trip. I've often been able to snag a reservation in the days leading up to my visit, or even on the actual day.
There are also a few other spots I wanted to mention. Over in the Mexico pavilion,
La Cava del Tequila used to have the popular Mentirosa non-alcoholic margarita. I’ve heard many people call it the best mocktail they’ve ever had! I don’t see it listed on the online menu at the moment, but if this sounds like something you might like, I’d recommend stopping by to ask.
Now, if you’re looking for something more on the go, it might be worth checking
Sommerfest towards the back of the Germany pavilion. I don’t currently see a non-alcoholic beer on the online menu, but they’ve sometimes offered one in the past.
I also checked this year’s
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival Passport, and the Disney Parks Blog Foodie Guide, but didn’t see any non-alcoholic beer on the Global Marketplace menus. However, it never hurts to check when you’re there, just in case!
If you’re planning to spend any time at
Disney Springs, I wanted to mention it since many of the restaurants there do have non-alcoholic beer.
Summer House on the Lake is one of my favorite places to have brunch, and they carry BrewDog Elvis AF on the menu, which I’ve heard is really refreshing!
I hope this gives you some ideas for where you can head for a drink when you’re at EPCOT next month! And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome back at planDisney.
