    We will be headed to Disney for our 3rd visit with our now 4 and 6 year olds. Each visit we only stay 2 nights. We will do the MK Christmas Party, but wondered what your top pick for the remaining day and half would be for this age group?

    Hi there Amanda!

    How exciting to be planning your third Walt Disney World vacation!  Your little ones will love experiencing Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!  My family attended this special event in November and our boys especially loved the complimentary cookies and hot cocoa. 

    Based on the ages of your children, I recommend visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom Park on your remaining day and a return visit to Magic Kingdom Park on your additional half day.  Because there are so many special entertainment options that you will not want to miss during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, you may find that you need the extra half day to experience some of the most popular attractions that you missed during the party. Although my family was able to ride many of our favorite attractions during the special event, we did not get to everything on our "must do" list.  If you do not feel a return visit to Magic Kingdom Park is warranted, then I would recommend a visit to Disney's Hollywood Studios for your additional half day.
