Headed to Disney in Oct. Stayed at WL last time, loved it. Need moderate option this time. Kids 4/8. Dining plan to chef Mickeys, Ohana, Hoopdedoo. Looking at POR. Long Bus waits? Easy to get to dining mentioned? If Free DP is offered, does it include POR?

Hi Kerri! We are totally on the same page, as I would recommend Port Orleans, either Riverside or French Quarter. Given the age of your children, you might prefer French Quarter as it's smaller and the pool can be better suited for younger children. That being said, guests of Port Orleans are eligible to use pools at both resorts, which is a definite perk. Transportation is ideal, and we've never had a long wait. My favourite part of Port Orleans is that you can enjoy a relaxing boat ride to Downtown Disney.

Free Disney Dining Plan is the most anticipated special offer. Check the special offers page on the website regularly, so you can secure your dates. In the past, Port Orleans has been included in this great deal.

Write back with any other questions as you plan your vacation Kerri!
