Headed on the Disney Dream soon and wondering about Atlantis excursions for 2 adults, 1 adult in a wheelchair and 1 teen. Idealy we book 3 for the Aquaventure and the wheelchair for just the Dig and resort access, but does that work with the bus runs?

Welcome aboard, Gina! It's super exciting to hear that your family is heading out on the Disney Dream so soon, and that you're looking to enjoy a magical day at the beautiful Atlantis Resort in Nassau. My family and I have visited Nassau with Disney many times, and really enjoy exploring Atlantis while we're there.

If you have adventure seekers in your group, Aquaventure is a must-do! That pyramid slide with the final plunge through the tunnel in the shark tank - whoa! Talk about a thrill! I'm happy to let you know that you can most certainly book the Aquaventure for three and the Discover Atlantis option for your family member in the wheelchair. Please note that only standard size collapsible wheelchairs are permitted. That is a great way to keep the costs to a minimum and still keep the whole group together to enjoy Atlantis, each doing their own favorite there. Typically, the groups for Atlantis all head over to Paradise Island together in a few shuttles, so there shouldn't be a problem with the four of you staying together. You'll just have different bracelet bands indicating which adventures you've booked. But there is plenty of space to hang out all together at Atlantis when you're not off riding the waterslides.

I'd suggest swinging by the Port Adventures desk once onboard the Dream, just to give them the heads up that the four of you are a group, and confirm that you can take the same transportation over. The trip back will be super easy because Disney offers returns every half an hour during the afternoon, so you can head back together whenever you're ready. Just pay close attention to the information they provide about the latest shuttle back to the ship. You don't want to miss the boat!

    Have so much fun, Gina!
