We are headed on a cruise in february. As a treat, we would like to stop by the Polynesian and have breakfast at Captain cooks quick service. We are not staying on property. Will we have to pay WDW to get into the gates or to park?

    Hi Deb,

It sure sounds like you have a magical February planned! I LOVE the idea of stopping by the Walt Disney World Resort before you head out to sea!

I'm happy to let you know that you'll be entitled to a few hours of complimentary parking when dining at a Disney Resort hotel. When you arrive at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort's gate, simply let the Cast Member on duty know that your tumbly is rumbly like Winnie the Pooh's and you're wanting just a smackerel of Capt. Cook's delicious breakfast foods. Ok, you don't really need to say it like that if you don't want to, but once you let the Cast Member know that you're stopping by for your breakfast, he or she will show you where you may park.

You'll find Capt. Cook's on the first floor over on the back left-hand side when you enter the Resort hotel. While Capt. Cook's serves lots of delicious dishes, I would be remiss if I didn't tell you that the Tonga Toast is life-changingly AMAZING. Mmm...just thinking about it is making my mouth water.

One more tip? Definitely feel free to take some time to walk around the Resort and enjoy the gorgeous theming both inside and out while you're there. The attention to detail is spectacular.

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Deb. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation, both on land...and sea!
