Hi Leslie,
Thanks for sailing by planDisney with your Disney Cruise Line planning questions! You have an amazing vacation on the horizon! It sounds like you have done great planning, and I see you've asked two excellent questions, so let's get you on your way!
For your
Port Arrival Time, as long as you don't arrive early you can arrive later than the time you first selected. There are a myriad of reasons why Guests may arrive after their timeslot, so no worries. You will still be able to board the ship (boarding groups are assigned once you check in at the port terminal) at a great time even while arriving around 11:00. If you would rather select a new Port Arrival Time, you can do so in the same way you originally selected one, under My Online Check-In on the website or in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.
Speaking of the Navigator app, this is where you will find your Onboard Credit balance. Once you arrive at the port terminal, you should be able to connect to the
Disney Cruise Line WiFi and put the app in Onboard Mode. Under the More tab, you will find Cruise Folio. Just click there and you will see the amount of your credit. If you decide to add more to your credit, remember you have up to three days before your cruise. Remember that
Onboard Credit is non-refundable so make sure to enjoy every penny! You can keep track of your spending on the app under Cruise Folio in case you find yourself in need of enjoying an extra treat or purchasing some fun merchandise on the final night of your cruise to clear your credit balance. It sounds like a great situation to me!
I hope this information is just what you were looking for, Leslie. During your cruise, be sure to grab a complimentary hot chocolate on the pool deck as you take in all the majestic beauty Alaska offers!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
