    Hi, I’ve been having trouble putting in my credit/debit card on the payment method in the my Disney ex app, I don’t have a disney card which idk how to get tha , but I need to do dining and activity reservations in advance. Is there a way to fix that?

    Oh boy, I'm so excited to hear that you're getting ready to make advance reservations for your trip to Walt Disney World Resort! To me, there's nothing better than picking out these extra magical moments – from the restaurants I'd like to experience to which Enchanting Extras will be just right for our vacation. I'd love to help you with your next steps!

    First, let's talk about adding a payment method through your My Disney Experience app. Tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines ≡ in the bottom right corner, then scroll down and click My Profile. Here, you can tap Payment Method, then tap Add a Payment Method. This should allow you to add your desired payment methods to your My Disney Experience account before making your advance dining reservations! You can also add a payment option online! To do this, log into your account, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click Profile. Click Payment Method, then entered your desired credit or debit card! 

    When making my advance reservations, I've had the best experience doing this online. After selecting your restaurant or Enchanting Extras experience, you'll follow the prompts to pick a date, time, and Guest(s) to join you. Then, you'll see a screen that says Reservation Payment Method. Here, you can enter your desired payment method, then click Next to complete the reservation. The Credit Card Type will default to Disney Visa Card, but you can use the drop-down menu to select your specific card type.
