    Tracy from CA Asked

Having trouble loading tickets on the Disneyland app. It keeps giving an error message.

Hi Tracy and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for sending us your question about the Disneyland Resort. I know it can be frustrating when our electronics don’t want to cooperate with us. I’m happy to help you.

I’ve encountered this issue with different apps over the years. It always helps me to update those apps and try again. The Disneyland Mobile App has changed a bit to add all of the reopening information, so it may just be time for an update.

Tracy, I also have found a webpage that has helped me decipher the type of theme park tickets guests may have purchased. Visit this page on the Disneyland Resort website to compare your tickets with the diagrams, to then link them to your app. I hope this might help clear up the issue.

To link your tickets tap on “Tickets & Passes” and you can either scan or manually put in the confirmation numbers.

The next step is to make your theme park reservations. Follow the instructions on this site to select your desired date and theme park you’d like to visit on your next vacation. It will take you just a minute to complete.

I hope I’ve been able to help. Don’t hesitate to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It’s our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next magical visit!
