Disneyland Mobile App has changed a bit to add all of the reopening information, so it may just be time for an update.
Tracy, I also have found a webpage that has helped me decipher the type of theme park tickets guests may have purchased.
Visit this page on the Disneyland Resort website to compare your tickets with the diagrams, to then link them to your app. I hope this might help clear up the issue.
To link your tickets tap on “Tickets & Passes” and you can either scan or manually put in the confirmation numbers.
