I am having trouble linking a WDW Good Neighbor Hotel to the MyDisney Experience app. How can I do this?

Welcome to planDisney, Rylee, and thanks for bringing us this great question. Your visit to Walt Disney World Resort in June is sure to be magical and full of fun! You'll be able to catch the last week of the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival, which offers some delectable food items at the festival booths. I'm excited to complete the Garden Graze challenge because all the options are plant-based. There's a delicious surprise at the end, too! Let's get your resort linked to your account so you can continue making magical plans.

Many guests love the convenience and perks of staying at a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel. Many of these hotels offer free transportation to the theme parks and Disney Springs, so leave the driving to them! Rylee, you should be able to link your hotel reservation, so I recommend logging in to your My Disney Experience account on your computer. Select My Plans, click the blue Resort Hotel button, and then click the Link Reservation button. Next, you'll enter your confirmation number and the last name on the reservation. Once you've done this, the reservation should also appear in your My Disney Experience Mobile App. If you need additional assistance, please call the My Disney Experience help number, and I'm sure a friendly Cast Member can help you troubleshoot.

I hope your upcoming summer visit is practically perfect in every way, Rylee! Feel free to stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
