Hi Patrick,
Ooh...I see you're planning a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth in early December. That's my
favorite time of year to visit! With Christmas music playing throughout the parks and Resorts, gorgeous decorations, and magical
holiday celebrations in full swing, your vacation will fill your heart with happy memories and Christmas joy!
I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with liking your tickets on My Disney Experience, but I'd be happy to offer a few suggestions to get you up and running! First, if you're having trouble on the mobile app, I'd recommend trying to
link your tickets via the website instead. Sometimes that pesky Stitch is ornery and causes some difficulties, but outsmarting him and trying the same thing in a different form can help. If you're having difficulties online too, I'd encourage you to look through the sample ticket types to make sure you're entering the right ID number for your tickets. If that doesn't take care of it either, is it because a different Guest actually made the purchase? If so, you'll need to make sure you're linked together via the
Family & Friends list and have given each other permission to share all your plans before you'll be able to link tickets to the proper Mouseketeers. If after all of that, you're
still not able to link your tickets, I'd suggest
calling a friendly Cast Member who specializes in existing tickets for assistance. Once you are able to get those tickets linked to your account, please don't forget to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations! You won't be able to enter the theme parks without them!
Thanks so much for visiting us at planDisney for help with planning your trip, Patrick, and please come back and see us again if you have any other questions. I'm sending pixie dust that all of these technical difficulties can get straightened out soon, and you can get back to dreaming about all of the magic and fun you'll enjoy on your vacation!
Missy
