Ahoy, Howard! Thanks for bringing another great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Your brave buccaneers will love cruising the Seven Seas Lagoon aboard the
Pirate and Pals Firework Voyage. Be sure to practice ye pirate-talk before meeting Captain Hook and Mr. Smee – ye don’t want to be a landlubber, do ye?
At this time, Guests are not able to add a confirmed event, such as the Pirate and Pals Firework Voyage, as a reservation in My Disney Experience. However, I do have a little tip for you. A fantastic Cast Member recently told me about the Notes section of My Disney Experience, where you can add reminders to your daily itinerary. For my trip last November, the Notes section worked out to be the perfect place to add a tour confirmation number I kept misplacing!
When you go into the
My Itinerary section of My Disney Experience, first change the date at the top to show the date of your event. Then, click on
Add Plans at the top left, and choose the option to
Add a Note. This will open a note where you can add the time and location of your event, label your event and add your confirmation number to an optional Details box. When you complete this, your Note will show up in your day’s itinerary, even when using the My Disney Experience mobile app. The morning of my Keys to the Kingdom Tour, I was able to pull up the app on my phone and double check the time of my tour. It popped right up as the app loaded!
I hope you have a great vacation and please let us know if you have any further questions.
