    We're having trouble deciding between CBR and CSR - husband and I are traveling with 2 kids: 3 1/2 and 2, and mother in-law. Worried about wait times for buses at CBR. Which resort would you recommend and why? Traveling Sept. 9-14, 2012.

    Hi Megan!

    You have a tough choice because all of the Walt Disney World resorts are wonderful and offer so much!

    I have stayed at both Caribbean Beach Resort and Coronado Springs and personally, I love Coronado Springs the best. 

    The resort surrounds the beautiful Lago Dorado, a 22 acre lake. This resort also sports the largest hot tub at Walt Disney World, holding 22 people. The Pepper Market has a wonderful selection of food, at a great price. The rooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. This resort also has a fitness center and spa, which no other moderate resort has.

    Caribbean Beach Resort is great if you have a pirate fan because you can request a Pirate Room and the pool has a great pirate splash area.

    The bus wait times and transportation is about the same at both resorts. Coronado Springs is located between Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios, while Caribbean Beach is located near Epcot, Hollywood Studios and the Boardwalk. Therefore, the bus transportation time will vary depending upon which park you visit. 

    Either way, you will be in good hands staying on-site at a Walt Disney World resort.
