    Having purchased 2 value priced tickets, I would like to convert these to MNSSHP tickets. I realize the price points are different, but am willing to lose part of the value of the tickets I have already purchased. Is this a possibility? Thank you. c

    Welcome back!  I am thrilled to know you are fining our vacation planning advice helpful as you plan your unforgettable adventure at Walt Disney World.   It is my pleasure to help you out today.

    Tickets are usually able to be upgraded.  Not having your tickets in my hands makes it hard for me to know the specific details associated with the tickets you purchased.   You are welcome to stop by a Guest Relations window at any Theme Park, Water Park or Disney Springs where a Cast Member will be able to pull up the specific information on your tickets, and if possible complete your upgrade transaction.  I was able to apply an unused 4-day ticket I had towards the purchase of my Annual Pass.   I just had to pay the difference in prices between the two.    I am hoping this is going to be the case for you with your tickets.   I have my fingers crossed.
