Heigh-Ho Debbie,
I, also, am getting ready to plan an upcoming Walt Disney World vacation with my mom and sister-in-law and making sure everyone can see the itinerary and participate in some decision-making, through their My Disney Experience, takes some coordinating. It sounds like you and your daughter each have a
My Disney Experience profile. This is your vacation hub before and during your visit to Walt Disney World and where all the magic of planning happens. In order to be on each other's itinerary, one of you will need to send a
Family & Friend request. This is easily done online by selecting the My Family & Friend tab in your My Disney Experience. Next, select ADD A GUEST and choose I'LL ENTER THEIR NAME AND AGE. Fill in the appropriate fields and select INVITE THIS GUEST TO CONNECT. Enter the email address your daughter uses for her My Disney Experience profile. She will receive an invitation to connect with you and you will each be on one another Family & Friend list once she accepts. This will allow you both to add each other to Resort, Dining and Disney Park Pass reservations as well as much, much more. If, however, you are still having difficulty your next step is calling (407) 939-4357 for technical assistance from a Cast Member. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST and I recommended calling as early as possible because Cast Members are experiencing a high call volume thus leading to longer wait times.
In the meantime download the
My Disney Experience mobile app, before your arrival, and learn about all the exciting things it can do for you and check out our Instagram (@planDisneypanel) and
Panel Extras for more vacation planning tips.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
