Hi, Stephanie!
I can't think of a better place for Easter brunch than the upscale elegance of the
Grand Floridian Cafe. Try to request a seat by the window when you arrive, as these tables receive some beautiful sunlit views of the courtyard and rose garden. In addition to the lunch menu, you'll have the option to order breakfast entrees until 2:00 PM. I can highly recommend the Lobster Benedict and the Brioche Vanilla Bean French Toast. I'm also a fan of the Key West, which is reminiscent of an "adult style" breakfast smoothie with rum! If you have room for dessert, definitely try the Chocolate Fondue with fresh fruit, Angel Food Cake, and Campfire Marshmallows.
Unless you're a Disney Vacation Club Member, "
Pool Hopping" is unfortunately not allowed to those Guests who do not have a resort reservation. However, I would suggest spending some time after lunch strolling the lobby at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, where you'll see over
30 giant chocolate Easter eggs inspired by different Disney movies including Dumbo, Moana, Lady and the Tramp, and Toy Story (I've also heard there is display in the dining room of the Grand Floridian Cafe). If you have time, hop on over to Disney's Contemporary Resort on the monorail, where they have their own beautiful Easter eggs on display made with white and dark chocolate.
I hope you have an egg-cellent Easter, Stephanie!
