    having issues with my lightsaber I haven’t use just Halloween, today put bateries, allocate a kiber cristal and just saw the Cristal light up and Batery bank generate some noice but I can’t light, blade reseated it makes a noice when reinsert but light

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your lightsaber. The best way to get some help is by reaching out to Merchandise Guest Services. You can reach them by phone or via email at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com. Cast Members in that department should be able to offer troubleshooting assistance or offer you a return/exchange.
