Greetings to you Diane, welcome to planDisney!
It looks like you’re just a sleep away from arriving at the
Disneyland Resort. Let’s get down to business! I’ll share some information on ensuring your ticket is linked to your
Disneyland app, through your
MyDisney account.
First things first, make sure you have your MyDisney account logged into the Disneyland app. If you purchased your tickets directly through Disney using that account, your ticket information should automatically populate as already linked. However if you purchased from a third-party, you’ll need to check the ticket barcode provided on the ticket confirmation email (usually as an attachment). If for some reason you still can't find it, your best bet is to contact the third party that sold your ticket to you, so they can provide additional instructions on finding the barcode.
To find your ticket on the app once linked, tap the three bar menu in the bottom right corner. From there tap “Tickets & Passes” and your tickets should populate. If not, then tap the “+” sign > “Link Tickets & Passes” and then it will give options on how to link your tickets. You’ll either scan the barcode for the ticket or enter the Barcode ID under “Type ID.”
While you’re visiting be sure to check out all the fun happening for
Halloween Time and don’t forget to try all the festive treats! Take a look at the
Disney Eats: Disneyland Halloween Foodie Guide, showcasing the delicious treats, beverages, and novelty items. The
daily event schedule will be your pal as you navigate between parks and see what entertainment is happening!
I sure hope that helps, Diane. I’m so excited, you’re almost to the magic! If you have any other questions, we’d love to hear from you! Please feel free to
send another message!
Enjoy your magical visit!
