    We are having dinner with Chef Mickey at the Contemporary Resort at 7:50 p.m. on 10/26. Are we allowed to watch the fireworks on their observation deck even if we are staying at another resort? If not, could you recommend a good viewing spot. Thank you.

    Hi Linda,

    The top floor observation deck at the Contemporary is reserved for guests dining at the California Grill, but you're welcome to watch the fireworks from anywhere else at the resort. 

    My favorite place to watch fireworks from the Contemporary is a large balcony off the 4th floor, outside past the gift shops. Exit the building like you're headed to the Bay Lake Tower Walkway, but stop before you get to the walkway.

    You're also welcome to watch the fireworks from the Contemporary beach area, or from the beaches at the Polynesian or Grand Floridian.
