Mary Ann, I suggest that you try linking your credit card to your account through both your
My Disney Experience account and on your phone via the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. You will really want to make sure that your credit card sticks in your account for things like your
online resort check-in. This great service allows you to bypass the front desk and head directly to your room before you arrive. You can even enable charging privileges on your handy-dandy
MagicBand.
If that still doesn't work, you will want to reach out to the Technical Support Cast Members at
(407) 939-4357 and see if they can offer any assistance.
