Hello C!
Oh my, I am so sorry you aren’t feeling well. As a mom, it has always seemed to me these things like to come up before a vacation. I remember being two hours into a two-day drive to South Dakota when a little voice in the back of the minivan pipped up, “My ear hurts.” Sigh. Life doesn’t always have the best timing!
If you have a wholly unused standard theme park ticket, meaning
none of the days are used at all, you can transfer the ticket to another person. Please know, however, that if these are
Florida Resident tickets, the person using them would also need to be able to prove residency.
Disney Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable. However, in most cases, wholly unused tickets don’t lose the value paid for them. So if you are unable to visit this weekend, and you haven’t used any days on the ticket, you may be able to use the value you paid for those tickets toward the purchase of tickets for a future visit.
If you have used any of the days on the ticket, this does complicate things. I would highly recommend you
call to talk with someone at Guest Services no matter what the situation is. While I can give you generally what to expect, Guest Services can look at your ticket type and situation and tell you exactly what your options are, and help you to reschedule.
I hope you have a swift recovery from whatever has you feeling unwell, and I hope you can get your ticket situation worked out.
Be well!
