I haven’t yet activated my annual passes. (Just purchased them) Is there any way to cancel them and get a refund?

    Hey there, hi there, Austin!

You are as welcome as can be here at planDisney!

Austin, once your Annual Pass has been purchased, it is completely non-refundable. The one fabulous thing that you should know is that your Annual Pass will remain good until the expiration date, even if you do not activate it.

This means that the 365-day calendar does not start ticking down until you activate your pass. Please note that if you have one of the special Annual Passes exclusive to Florida Residents, you will need to provide your valid proof of residency upon activation.

When you log into your My Disney Experience account, check the date at the bottom of your Annual Pass in your account. The last time that I purchased an annual Pass, my expiration was not until 2030! As long as your pass has not expired it will remain frozen in your account until you are ready to "let it go."

Whenever you are ready to activate your pass, the magic will be here waiting for you.

    See you real soon!
