I haven't been to WDW in many years. I had heard something like Contemporary Resort had Pin Trading Nights the first Sunday of each month?

    Hi Anna,

Disney did have regular Pin Trading events at the Contemporary in the past, but in recent years the schedule and location have been more erratic. For example, in late 2013 there was a Pin Trading event on a Tuesday at the ESPN Wide World of Sports location. Try keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for information on events that may be scheduled in the future.

There are still ample opportunities to trade pins throughout WDW. Some of the best places are the Frontierland Trading Post in the Magic Kingdom, the large pin kiosk near the big fountain at Epcot, and the pin store at Downtown Disney. Additionally, there will be many cast members in the parks wearing pins available for trade. Most of the resort gift shops have a binder full of tradeable pins as well, just ask at the register.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
