I grew up as an Annual Passholder and was saddened to
hear about the sunsetting of the Annual Passport program. I am, however, excited to see what is to come and of course,
see Guests being welcomed back to the Disneyland Resort beginning April 30, 2021.
Angie, I’m sorry to hear that you have not yet received your Annual Passport refund just yet. My fellow Panelist,
Kiki, did speak with a Cast Member who said that the Disneyland Resort is still processing refunds. Your form of refund depends on how you paid for your Annual Passport as well, so that may impact your refund date as well. Of course, every case is different. I encourage you to
call the Annual Passport Services directly if you have any other specific questions regarding your Annual Passport refund. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help!
