Hi Susan,
Thank you for taking the time to stop by
planDisney with your question.
As a former Annual Passholder, I was saddened by the sunsetting of the beloved Annual Passport program. It helped create priceless memories for my family and I'm sure it did for yours as well! I’m hopeful a new membership program is being developed and can’t wait more information to be released.
I’m sorry to hear you have not yet received your refund for your Annual Passports, Susan. I spoke with a Cast Member this morning and was told that Disneyland Resort is still processing refunds as quickly and as diligently as possible. Your form of refund depends on how you paid for your Annual Passport. If you paid in full on a credit card, or if your Passport is purchased through the monthly payment plan, any pro rata refunds will be issued to the current credit card on file with Disney. If you did not pay with your Annual Passport with a credit card, your pro rata refund will be issued by check and mailed to your billing address provided at the time of sale or renewal of your Passport purchase. Since every case is different, the Cast Member I spoke with encouraged that you contact Annual Passport Services directly should you require further assistance. Their phone number is (714) 781-PASS (7277).
Susan, while the Disneyland Resort theme parks and hotels remain closed,
Downtown Disney District is currently open for Guests to enjoy. Many retail locations are available, and food and beverages can be enjoyed at outdoor dining or purchased to-go at the restaurants.
I cannot wait until
Disneyland Resort theme parks reopen again. We all can use a little Disney Magic and Pixie Dusts after the difficult year we’ve endured. Please feel free to visit us on planDisney again if you have any more questions! We are all EARS.
Have a magical day,
Kiki
