I haven't received my Disney Cruise packed in the mail with required documents and luggage tags. I depart in January 31, 2020 on Disney Dream to Bahamas. Is there any way I can still get these documents?

    Ahoy April!

Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I bet you are on cloud nine DREAMing about your high seas adventure.  It is just five short days away!  I hope you have finalized your packing lists and downloaded the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App because you are going on a Disney cruise!

If you do not receive your cruise booklet and luggage tags before you leave for your magical getaway, no worries!  When you arrive at the port, simply let the luggage porters know that you do not have your luggage tags with you.  They will have blank tags available to secure to your luggage.  Just be sure you have your stateroom number, this way the porters know where to send your bags once they are on the ship!

For smooth sailing when you check in with Captain Mickey, you only need to present your required travel documentation or identification and a signed copy of the Port Arrival Form.  Your required travel documentation is your personal identification like a valid U.S. Passport or state-issued birth certificate and government-issued photo ID.  Pack these in the day bag you plan to carry on the ship, then you have them ready when you check in at the cruise terminal.

You also have the required Port Arrival Form already available to you, no need to wait for the mail!  Simply access your reservation on the Disney Cruise Line website and click on the online check in link.  You can navigate to the last tab labeled "Port Arrival Form" and print this to fulfill the second part of your required documentation to board the Disney Dream.

Enjoy every magical moment of your high seas adventure, April!  Cruise back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any additional questions on this or any future sailings!
