    I haven't been to Disney in about 8 years and I am planning a trip this October. Is it better/cheaper to buy tickets in advance on their website or is it the same to buy them at the park? Also, how can I get the calendar of events for October?

    Hi, Amy! There is no difference in the prices of theme park tickets whether they are purchased in advance online or at the parks.  The difference is in the convenience of having them in-hand instead of having to visit the sales window.  I am also a planner and love to get as much information as possible as soon as I can. Usually, the Walt Disney World website releases the monthly theme park and entertainment calendars approximately six months out from the current month. The October 2014 calendar should be up and running around April 1, 2014. So, keep checking back at www.WaltDisneyWorld.com. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
