Hi Kelly! Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney!
It sounds like you are asking about Disney Rewards Redemption Cards from
Disney Visa. I love using my Disney Rewards Dollars for extra magic when I visit Walt Disney World Resort. Perhaps a special meal or an experience from the
Enchanting Extras Collection for my family, or snacking my way around the 'World at the upcoming
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts.
As I was packing for my recent Walt Disney World Resort vacation, I realized I must have put my Disney Rewards Redemption Cards in a very safe place -- so safe I couldn't find them! Since I just went through this scenario myself, I am happy to let you know how to resolve the problem.
Only 2 Redemption Cards can be active per account at any given time. If those old cards are still linked to your Disney Rewards account, you won't be able to order a new one. What you'll need to do is call Chase customer service at the number found on the back of your Disney Visa card. A customer service agent will be able to cancel your old Redemption Cards for you and transfer any balances remaining on the cards back to your account. Once canceled, you should see the option to order new Redemption Cards at
DisneyRewards.com.
In my case, I had picked up a new Redemption Card at
Guest Relations while I was visiting Walt Disney World Resort, and the customer service agent was able to link the new card over the phone after canceling the old cards. This time I put it in my wallet so I don't misplace it again!
I hope that helps! Kelly, if you have any additional questions, please feel free to visit planDisney again anytime. Have a wonderful vacation!
Anne Marie
