According to the
Disneyland Resort Rules, strollers larger than 31" wide and 52" long are not permitted. Trailer-like objects that can be pushed, pulled, or towed are also not allowed. Because the stroller you mentioned can function as both a trailer and a stroller, there's a chance it could be flagged during the security screening process, even when configured with the front wheels.
With that said, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for a stroller that is being used to transport medical equipment or that is being used as a mobility device. Security Cast Members will make the final determination about whether an exception can be made. If it's decided that the stroller is not allowed, you'd need to take it back to your hotel room or car.
If you want to avoid any uncertainty at the start of your day, you might consider bringing a standard stroller that
fits within the size guidelines. You can also reach out to Accessibility Services in advance of your visit to see if they have further recommendations. There's an email address listed at the bottom of the

I also wanted to mention, Nicole, that Guests traveling with medical equipment are typically allowed to store those items at the
First Aid locations, in case that's of interest to you. There's one in each park. Because the stroller parking areas are unattended, you may feel more comfortable storing important equipment at First Aid rather than in the stroller.
